"So quick and efficient"

While it wasn’t urgent, Breen Plumbing had someone out to me that day. The first challenge was in locating the water main which was not where we thought it should be within the complex, but they were able to locate the water main located at the far entrance to the site. Next, they had to respect the other businesses that needed the water. But they were so quick and efficient about the repairs, it was only a 10min disruption for these businesses. 
I really appreciated the communication and respect that I was given in keeping me informed of the repairs that were carried out. I also appreciated their cleaning up after themselves so that our premises remained to a professional standard.

I moved into my current business premises, where we’d be sharing with seven other businesses in October 2018. We had a problem with a dripping tap and a leaking cistern, and two of the businesses, a hairdresser and dog groomer, relied on water for their business.
We had our house extended and needed the whole house re-roofed and gas installed. We had these services quoted by various companies who could work in with our time frame.

When you’re building, there are always challenges, mostly down to needing more time due to delays. Ours was the opposite - we found ourselves ahead of schedule and Breen Plumbing was able to accommodate this change, knowing how crucial it was to the success of the build.
Not only was their quote fair, but they were very accommodating when we found ourselves ahead of schedule by a few weeks. They kept us well informed and their project manager was able to liaise with our builder to ensure a cohesive roof fit-out and working gas on site. They were professional and as my husband said, ‘We don’t have to clean up after this lot’ as they kept the site tidy!

"Work in very challenging weather conditions"

Breen Plumbing had to work in very challenging weather conditions on this job.
Part of our requirements was that it was to be a warm but economical system for our homestead.

We had an old central heating unit in our Old Farm Homestead. It required urgent attention during the middle of a very cold winter up in Little Valley in Fairlie. Little Valley is a fairly isolated spot in this area, and it gets bitterly cold.
We presented Breen Plumbing with the opportunity of helping us design and install plumbing on the New Holy Family Parish Centre and Roncalli College Combined Community and Sports Centre. 

"Professional and easy to work with"

We needed experienced plumbers and gas fitters to help provide a detailed and final cost proposal. They needed to offer a high level of technical expertise to work alongside Timaru District Council, Builders, Civil Contractors and to work with the School and Board of Trustees and Project Committee. Within the designed plans, appropriate plumbing infrastructure was needed to support the number of people using the facilities so they worked closely with our designers to achieve this. They were able to offer an efficient and cost-effective plan.
Working closely together speeds up the process and it helps keep the cost down on a project of this scale. They have been professional and easy to work with, and the project thus far is meeting budget and timeframe expectations!
